New Patient Package

A New Patient Wellness Package is required for all new Patients.

My process starts with you filling out a lengthy health history that dates back to birth. This information allows me to understand your wellness journey and assist you. We as physical beings, truly are the accumulation of our life’s history, trauma, joy and everything in between.

Plan for 90 minutes for your Initial Wellness Consultation. This will be a lot of you filling in the gaps of your health history so I can prepare a protocol just for you. I’ll recommend labs and a few lifestyle and nutrition pieces at the end of this visit. 

Once your lab results are back, I’ll provide you a video response back with the results and a full protocol for you to implement. You’ll then schedule your included Follow Up Wellness Visit 4-6 weeks after.

Follow Up Package

The Follow Up Wellness Package allows you to continue your care with Danielle. It holds you accountable to yourself and making yourself a priority to continue healing and your pursuit of health. 

Danielle recommends the follow up package as you’ll have access to her via the patient portal for 6 months to get your questions answered.

You will continue to fill out paperwork for me to assess your progress, your next steps, which labs you may need ordered next, and continued updated supplement routines. 


  • 4 Follow Up Visits (30 minutes)

  • Lab Test(s) Ordered

  • Messenger access to me  (6 months)

  • Ability to use these four visits within six months

  • Video analysis of lab results + recommendations

Acute Visits

I’m always surprised how many of my loyal patients don’t know that I can provide care for your acute situations; colds, cases of the flu, urinary tract infections, headaches, injuries, wound care – and not just supplements, but immediate relief in some cases!


Acute appointments are for symptoms that have sudden onset and need immediate attention.

You MUST be an established patient with Danielle in order to book this appointment.

You give of yourself to everyone else so much, making sure everyone else gets the best of you that you’re drained at the end of the day.

Where does that leave time for you? How are you supposed to show up for yourself every day like you see your friends or others online doing it and yet YOU HAVE NO TIME!

Problem 2

You have no idea what to do when you do have the time.

What do you do, when do you do it, how many times a week should you do this? Should you be fasting, vegan, paleo, keto, drinking smoothies, doing a detox, taking fat blocker pills, taking 20 supplements…

Do any of these things even apply to me?

I’m not good at cooking… I hate working out… I’m too old and it’s too late… I don’t fit in… I’m just not disciplined enough… I’m not motivated enough…
Why would I even spend time and money if I’m not even able to be helped yet?

I know how you feel, because I was there, too.

Just about 6 years ago, this was me: Sitting in over 300 pounds, a mama of a high needs baby who nursed nonstop and didn’t sleep, and I had a 5 year old and a 3 year old. My husband worked a lot and was in his own deep dive of depression and addictions. I was lonely. Exhausted. Stressed terribly.

And although the hours in my day were busier and I was demanded of more than ever, motherhood made me want to be better for my children than what I was giving them.

It made me think about taking care of myself as a means of caring for them. It wasn’t but a few years before I had to witness my father wake up on a ventilator after a quintuple bypass surgery. I was on my way to being in the same bed as my father a few years down the road due to my poor health habits.

The hurt I’ve experienced over heart disease and diabetes in my father is not what I want my children to go through. Heart disease and diabetes have shaped my worldview and skewed it to believe I didn’t have control and I had to just let it happen to me.

I woke up.

I realized I don’t have to be a statistic.

I had to learn how to take care of me with no time.

I had to look at every moment of my day differently. I found pockets of time to get in gym time throughout the week. I asked for ideas of foods to eat from friends that were a few steps ahead of me in this eating balanced foods thing.

I had to figure out where my time was best spent to get the results I wanted.

I had to become efficient in motherhood duties of nursing a little one, doing carpool four times a day, getting to the gym, grocery runs, cooking, nap times, homework, and other household duties, let alone my volunteering for women’s ministry.

After asking for help and a bit of trial and error, I’ve unlocked the magic that actually works.

Your critics don’t get you healthy. YOU have to do the work.
