I’m the FIRST skeptic out there I swear.
Calories in calories out was always my mantra until…

I was at the lowest weight and physically fit as I’d been ever and I had symptoms pop up that had never been there before:
👉🏻 Cystic hormonal acne
👉🏻 Brain fog
