First some background: This client is at healthy

First some background:
This client is at healthy weight, works out regularly, and eats very healthy and balanced foods. Sure there’s some ice cream in there but life isn’t supposed to be measured in your ability to hit your macros perfectly.
She came to me complaining of bloating looking like she was pregnant again and having smelly gas.
Now, here’s how we fixed her gut:
1️⃣ Checked her diet to ensure nothing was causing a problem. We found one item perpetuating the issue. Sourdough. Sourdough is NOT healthy for everyone just fyi. But removing the sourdough isn’t enough to fix the issues causing it.
2️⃣ We supported her drainage pathways. This includes her stomach acid and liver. If these aren’t optimized you’ll never achieve regular gut health.
3️⃣ We parasite cleanses safely and effectively.
